ISEB Certificate in Business Continuity Management

Summary:

This five day practical course, culminating in an examination, provides a comprehensive grounding in BCM. On completion of the course, you will be able to successfully implement, manage, maintain and review business continuity plans within your organisation. The course is compatible with BS 25999, the ITIL Guides to BCM, and the BCI's Good Practice Guidelines. Existing practioners will be able to benchmark their knowledge against those guides and standards.

ISEB:

ISEB is the Information Systems Examination Board, a division of the British Computer Society. The course is preparation for the exam on the final day. Successful examinees will gain the ISEB Certificate in Business Continuity Management, an internationally recognised qualification.

Course Presenters:

Having served in the RAF as both a lecturer on Advanced Information Systems, and also a practitioner of IT and Project Management, Mike Balmer went on to become Head of Logistics at McAlpine Helicopters. Mike is now a Consultant in Business Continuity, and IT Disaster Recovery. Mike Mikkelsen held a senior Business Continuity position at BT managing the BT portfolio of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services.
