Summary:

The most vital asset for management to protect in a crisis is your company's reputation. This two-day course will enable you to take the initiative and use the media and other communication channels to your advantage in a crisis. You will learn how an organisation can emerge from an incident with its reputation enhanced, rather than diminished, and how to be remembered for handling a crisis rather than for having a crisis.

Michael Bland, FCIPR, MBCI, is media coach to the heads of global corporations, training them in crisis management, media, & interview skills. Michael spent six years as head of government relations and corporate public affairs for Ford Motor Company Ltd before becoming an independent consultant in 1984.
