This highly practical 1-day course allows the delegate to understand the critical importance of establishing a BCM culture within their organisation. The course explains what is required from a BS25999 compliance perspective but the main thrust of the day is a series of exercises that develop practical solutions that the delegates can take back to their organisations with real impact.

Mike Balmer MBCI

Having served in the RAF as both a lecturer on the Advanced Information Systems, and also a practitioner of IT and Project Management, Mike Balmer went on to become Head of Logistics at McAlpine Helicopters. Mike is now a Consultant in Business Continuity, and IT Disaster Recovery. Mike Mikkelsen held a senior Business Continuity position at BT managing the BT portfolio of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services.

Other presenters include Glyn Wilsher and Patrick McIlwee.
